There are exactly FOUR ingredients in my all time favorite recipe.

Four.
Delicious.
Ingredients.

One: 1 Cup Almond Milk
Two: 1 chopped and frozen banana
Three: 1 scoop SFX Vanilla Protein Powder
Four: 4 cups of freshly frozen spinach

Boom.
Delicious.
That just happened.

Blend and enjoy.
And if you want to get really crazy, add pumpkin spice per my girl, Chantell.
And if you want to do even better, sans the banana and add a packet of stevia for sweet.

And I might drink two of these a day.
Don’t judge.

  1. This sounds BOMB! Back in the say I used to drink "gorilla shakes" which were chocolate protein powder, banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter. There were dang tasty.

Jami you really want to rock this out...add hemp hearts and drop the almond milk...protein, protein, protein sooo good (less calories, higher nutrient density, easier to absorb) you can also make hemp milk instead of store bought almond milk...just hemp hearts, water, dates (instead of stevia) easier to digest and absorb and 1.5 cups of water..Boom!
