Turkey Patties, Please

Some of you couldn't wait until the morning to ask, and I couldn't wait until next week to answer.
So here I am.

Sharing with you, a dozen delicious turkey patties.

If you take a look at yesterday's meal plan (the one I used, and you don't have to), you'll see I often have 2-3 turkey patties.

This the the recipe.
ONE DOZEN...
Of these bad boys?
Yes please!

I've got some goodness to share with you.
And to enliven the baker in you - get out those muffin tins with 12 cups.

We're making Turkey Tacos!

Yum!

You'll need:

1 pkg Extra Lean Ground Turkey Meat
Cut up veggies, including, but not limited to: tomatoes, onions, peppers, celery
2 pinches black pepper
Few shakes of Mrs. Dash Garlic and Onion
And 1/3 cup - or 2/3 cup, depending on your preference for consistency of Egg Whites.

I sauté the veggies, first and let them cool.
Add the turkey meat and mix by hand.
Add egg whites

Spray muffin tin will.
Add turkey meat mixture.

Bake on 350 for 20 minutes or until light brown.
Top with cheese if you're not lactose intolerant like me.

Wrap in lettuce instead of bread or tortilla and enjoy.

I total up all the ingredients and divide by 12 or however many a batch makes, to find the total calories in each Turkey Patty.  I usually end up with enough calories to eat two, with a little salsa on top!

These also freeze like I dream, so I make a bunch and freeze them in sets.
For a past "frozen" dinner, ready in the microwave in under a minute!
